Last Updated: February 1, 2026

HuntReminder, LLC (“HuntReminder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the HuntReminder platform to do the same.

This policy describes the procedure for submitting notices of alleged copyright infringement and counter-notifications under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Designated DMCA Agent

HuntReminder has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

DMCA Agent: HuntReminder, LLC
Email: [email protected]
Mailing Address:
211 Wacker Dr Ste 120
Chicago, IL 60606

Only notices that comply with the DMCA and are sent to this designated agent will be considered. Other inquiries may not receive a response.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on or through the HuntReminder platform infringes a copyright you own or control, please submit a written notice that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with sufficient detail to allow HuntReminder to locate it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Incomplete or non-compliant notices may not be processed.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, HuntReminder may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action as provided under the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

HuntReminder reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access to the platform for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. No User-Generated Content

HuntReminder does not host or permit public user-generated content uploads. Any content displayed within the platform is either owned by HuntReminder or displayed pursuant to license or legal authorization.

6. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake may be subject to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this policy limits HuntReminder’s right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement, breach of contract, or misuse of the platform.
