Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the HuntReminder website and related services (the “Service”) operated by HuntReminder, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.


Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) submitted in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

We are constantly updating the Service and its offerings. The Service may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may not always be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.


Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If you participate in any Promotion, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy. If Promotion rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.


Accounts

When you create an account with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or restrict access to content, or cancel orders at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that HuntReminder may monitor, log, and analyze usage patterns, access behavior, login activity, and interactions with the Service for security, auditing, abuse prevention, and enforcement of these Terms.


License Grant and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HuntReminder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial hunting planning purposes, and not for any internal business use, research, data aggregation, or commercial exploitation.

This license does not include any right to use the Service or its data for commercial purposes, competitive analysis, product development, or resale.


Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

  • Circumvent, disable, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass any technical, security, access-control, or infrastructure protections of the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, subscription tiers, pricing mechanisms, or access restrictions associated with your account or plan.
  • Access or use the Service through another user’s account, share account credentials, or permit any third party to access the Service using credentials not lawfully issued to you.
  • Access, scrape, harvest, extract, copy, index, or collect any data, content, or information from the Service by automated or manual means, including without limitation bots, crawlers, scripts, or scraping tools.
  • Aggregate, compile, or systematically collect data, directly or indirectly, from the Service for the purpose of recreating, mirroring, deriving, or substituting the Service or any portion thereof.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying logic, algorithms, data models, or system architecture of the Service.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service, including its data structures, organization, terminology, taxonomy, or compilations.
  • Use the Service, its data, or its output to build, develop, train, benchmark, or otherwise operate a competing or substantially similar product or service.
  • Create derivative works based on the Service or its data.
  • Use the Service or any data, content, output, or information derived from the Service, directly or indirectly, for any purpose related to training, fine-tuning, validating, testing, analyzing, or operating any machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, large language models, or similar technologies.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or falsely suggest endorsement or partnership with HuntReminder.
  • Represent, imply, or suggest any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with HuntReminder or any of its partners, advertisers, or licensors without our prior written consent.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, copyright notices, trademarks, or branding.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree to use the Service in compliance with all hunting, wildlife, archery, firearm, and weapons laws and regulations applicable in the states for which you are applying for hunting licenses or permits.
  • Attempt to engage in, encourage, assist, or enable any of the foregoing.

Any unauthorized use of the Service constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.


Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, functionality, data, databases, compilations, structures, organization, schedules, reminders, terminology, taxonomies, and workflows are and will remain the exclusive property of HuntReminder, LLC and its licensors. HUNTREMINDER® is a registered service mark of HuntReminder, LLC, and you agree that your use of the Service inures solely to the benefit of HuntReminder, LLC.

The Service is protected by copyright law, including protections afforded to compilations and databases, as well as trademark, service mark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and foreign jurisdictions.

No right, title, or interest in or to the Service or its content is transferred to you except for the limited license expressly granted herein.

We are not interested in unsolicited ideas or suggestions for improvements. If you submit ideas to us, you agree that HuntReminder may use them without restriction or compensation.


Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

HuntReminder respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), HuntReminder has adopted a policy for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement and for terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers.

If you believe that any content available through the Service infringes a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement in accordance with our DMCA Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.


Links To Other Web Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by HuntReminder. We assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. You acknowledge that HuntReminder shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from use of third-party services.


Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership, intellectual property protections, prohibited uses, disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees provisions.

You acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the Service or its data may cause irreparable harm to HuntReminder, LLC for which monetary damages may be insufficient and incapable of accurate calculation, and that HuntReminder, LLC may seek preliminary and permanent injunctive or other equitable relief, in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedies available at law or in equity.

You further agree that in any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, a court may award reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party, in addition to and not in lieu of any damages.


Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuntReminder, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


Limitation Of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HUNTREMINDER, LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Governing Law; Consent to Jurisdiction and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably agree that the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, and you further consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such court.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Failure by HuntReminder to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
